Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or ask to continue in WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and information about your trip such as dates, group size, service preferences, and messages. We do not collect payment information through this website.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the services you request, and communicate with you about your trip. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data retention

We retain your enquiry data for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to fulfil legal and operational obligations.

Contact details entered in the short WhatsApp handoff form are retained for up to 180 days. If you later make an enquiry, its separate business record follows the retention approach above. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-party services

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you use our WhatsApp or Instagram links, you are subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies. We use first-party analytics to understand how the site is used, which pages and calls to action are useful, and whether an enquiry was created after a visit. This analytics system uses anonymous visitor and session identifiers, stores hashed technical signals rather than raw IP addresses, and links a journey to your client record only if you choose to submit an enquiry or contact us. Saving details in our WhatsApp handoff form tells us that you intended to continue to WhatsApp, but it does not tell us whether you ultimately pressed Send or whether a WhatsApp message was received. If JavaScript or the website security check is unavailable, the direct WhatsApp fallback does not save contact details and is not counted as an identified handoff. If you move from a trip planner to the written enquiry form, the browser may hold your draft message temporarily in session storage so it can be shown on the next page; it is removed after that read. When a planner transfers your contact details and brief to the WhatsApp handoff form, a bounded copy is held in the current tab's session storage, not in a URL or cookie. The handoff form removes it as soon as it reads it. If navigation does not complete, the active page removes it after ten minutes; after an inactive tab returns, expired data is ignored and removed before use.

5. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please email us at mail@prolificibiza.com.
